Description

The team have a broad portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial properties in Manchester and the surrounding areas. They are a well-established division and are currently expanding and diversifying their portfolio. The Property Management Surveyor role will be built around the successful candidate, their specialisms and experience.

– Full responsibility for your own portfolio of properties 
– Effectively managing client relationships 
– Conducting site inspections 
– Promote a culture of excellent customer service 

Profile

Some experience with Retail, Commercial or Industrial Surveying or Real Estate and Property Management would be preferred.

Job Offer

Competitive Salary of £30k to £48k depending on experience.
