Job Description
- Working with a varied public sector client base.
- To provide corporate occupier clients with full estates management services.
- Advise how to best align property estate to corporate strategy.
- Streamline property-related cost base ensuring the cost effective operational running of allocated sites.
- Upgrade capabilities in facilities and property management.
- Liaison with clients and 3rd parties i.e. landlords and their agents to ensure uninterrupted use of the client’s premises, effectively acting as the intermediary between landlord and tenant.
- Identify and drive through cost savings for corporate occupiers.
- For sublet properties, monitor income collection and tenant liaison.
- Manage exit strategies for freehold and leasehold properties being vacated.
- Ensure adherence to lease terms and compliance with statutory requirements and advising clients of same.
- Manage and liaise with other internal teams and other professionals to provide a full service to the client.
The Successful Applicant:
- Ideally, you will be a full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Degree level estate management qualification or equivalent desired.
- The relevant post-qualified experience of occupier based estates management is desirable. Although other relevant experience such as a varied general practice role will be considered
