This is one of the UK’s largest surveying practices with offices all over the world, they have a very strong presence in the Midlands market and have modern spacious offices. They have recently taken on an additional property management contract and they need to increase headcount to service this.

The Role

The company is recruiting at Senior Surveyor level but are flexible and may consider someone at a higher or lower level (with salary to match)
The management team is based in Birmingham and you will look after the portfolio nationally. You will be advising and working closely with the client, providing advice on the portfolio and dealing with internal resources/external agents.
This is an excellent role and as they have a large team in Birmingham there are considerable opportunities for career progression here.

Skills & Experience

The company requires experienced Management Surveyors or people with commercial property management experience. You should be MRICS chartered and ideally have experience of Corporate Real Estate. They would consider non chartered people but you must have a good track record in property management and have previously worked within a surveying practice
