Being based in the Leeds office you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assets throughout Yorkshire. You will be responsible for the day to day contact for several high-profile schemes, with properties being multi sector to include Industrial, Office, and Retail. You will have a “hands on” role in property management, and will carry out regular property inspections. Dealing with tenant queries you will take a proactive approach in terms of asset management opportunities and the exploiting of potential initiatives.

Experience

• MRICS-qualified preferred not essential
• RICS accredited degree
• Proven post qualification experience in a property management team
• Portfolio experience
• Solid understanding and good level of experience in both Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid UK driving licence

A negotiable salary is available to the successful candidate (depending on experience) coupled with a very competitive benefits package
