An exciting opportunity is available for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a dynamic real estate consultancy in Manchester.

You will be working on:

• Project management / contract administration of high profile city centre office refurbishments
• Project management / contract administration of Cat B office fit-out projects for high profile occupiers
• Acquisition surveys of commercial property
• Dilapidations for both landlords and tenants
• General commercial building surveying duties including schedules of condition, project monitoring and defect diagnosis

You will have:

• RICS or approaching APC
• Experience working for a commercial building consultancy practice
• Experience of contract administration and cost control
• Experience of the Law of Dilapidations
• Good communication skills and client care
