The Company 

An international property consultancy with a well established Birmingham valuation team that works at a regional and in some situations, national level. 

The Role 

The company requires a Valuation Surveyor to complete red book valuations for secured lending, portfolio and development work. They are on the panels of many major lenders and have a significant amount of work to service. You will be joining the generalist valuations team and this will involve a wide variety of work primarily in in offices, retail and industrial 

Experience Required 

You must have previous commercial Valuation experience, be MRICS chartered (newly qualified is OK) and will have also ideally have already worked in the West Midlands area, although this is not essential.
