our client is without question one of the market leaders in their field of retail property management, boasting a huge portfoilio nationwide. we require an experienced property manager with some retail experience to deal with the ever increasing portfolio.
| Applicants must have a demonstrable experience of successfully managing shopping centres, retail parks or any retail portfolio within the UK. This role requires a professional who has the ability to work autonomously – picking up on existing, established instructions and delivering in line with the wider team. Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of report writing, management of rental and other incomes, dealing with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter, property inspection, management of service charges etc. F / MRICS qualification would be favoured. |
You will be focusing on the management of notable Shopping centres and Retail Parks.
- Working closely with the Head of Retail of the company allowing for discretion and decision-making power.
- Computation and manipulation of high-value service charge budgets.
- Management of existing and newly formed procedures and processes in order to maintain the forward direction of the portfolio.
Ideally experience of creating and managing service charge budgets to the value of millions.
The desire to achieve and progression both themselves and the organisation is absolutely essential.
