Our client is an well known commercial property developer  that currently have a number of prestigious projects in the pipeline, including offices and hotels.

As construction project manager you be responsible for overseeing projects all the way through to the successful delivery of each project, ensuring agreed contractual obligations are met, particularly in respect of achieving quality and programme certainty.

It’s likely you will be from either a Construction or Project Management background having worked for a well known consultancy or developer/construction company. having previous experience of major building projects (in excess of £20million), specifically mixed use commercial developments, both new build and refurbishment, will be sought.

You will be either degree qualified in either construction management or have a demonstrable track record of site based project management work  and are now looking to further yourself in a dynamic, busy environment that recognises and rewards personal achievement.
