A really interesting prospect for an experienced Property Manager to work with an award wining niche developer/investor. Our client has significant property investments and this role will provide you with a challenging remit.

You will be managing a varied multi-let portfolio, where your responsibilities will include; rent collecting, dealing with service charges, overseeing contractors, dealing with tenants and applications to alter and sublet. The role will include, undertaking property inspections across the region.  Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Investment Manager and existing team members, you have the support to flourish.

Ideally, you will have solid property management experience with ideally some experience in managing commercial property. If not, then solid experience in managing service charges and rent collection, maintaining and developing tenant relationship will be demonstrable in your career.  A good working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and the diligence and the focus to enhance everything under your responsibility.
