The client is an ever growing property company with offices nationally that focuses on Asset management, property management and invetsment/development opportunities. This client is looking for an asset manager to join their dynamic team and add to the success of the company.

Your new role
The successful candidate will be looking after the asset management of a vast portfolio of commercial real estate assets, largely comprising of industrial and office sites located across the United Kingdom.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to be chartered, ideally with over 2 years post qualified experience (MRICS). The ideal candidate will be a personable character, who can work well in a team and also work under their own initiative. The current team is very tight knit, which has allowed for a very friendly working environment. The successful candidate will be very warmly welcomed to this fantastic workplace.
