As an integral and proactive member of the team, you will work closely with the MD in identifying suitable opportunities, preparing financial appraisals, negotiating and securing sites for residential development on commercial terms and in locations which meet the company’s business plan objectives.

As part of the role you will develop and establish effective working relationships with Land Owners, Local Agents and other developers, in pursuit of opportunities for the company.

In this role, you will be responsible for:-

·        Identifying, evaluating and securing land/sites for residential development.

·        Land Acquisition in the most cost-effective manner.

·        Supporting the departmental MD with the delivery of the Regional Business Plan.

·        Manage effective relationships with Land Owners and Partner Businesses.

The successful applicant will need to be computer literate, with drive, confidence, show initiative and enthusiasm, be able to demonstrate professional interpersonal skills, together with good communication skills both written and verbally.

Salary – Negotiable depending on experience.
