Person Specification:

• Director, Building Surveyor
• Proven experience in running and motivating an team
• Broad range of experience in professional and project work
• Experience working with investors and landlords
• Keen to progress to running an area

Roles & Responsibilities:

The role will include a broad range of responsibilities across project and professional work. From Dilaps and Party-Wall to Pre-acquisition due diligence you will work across the residential and commercial sector, predominantly with investors and landlords.

• Bank monitoring
• Restructure and recovery
• Project management
• Professional and project Building Surveying
• Pre-acquisition due diligence
• Project monitoring

You will be responsible for more junior staff and will have big opportunities for progression within your area.
