evolution are pleased to have been instructed to recruit an Acquisition Surveyor/Manager in Manchester on behalf of a niche property business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with an acquisitive mindset and an investment portfolio which includes numerous mixed use assets.

Based in Manchester, you will be responsible for the identification and acquisition of property, suitable for the business’s acquisition requirements. You’ll have a national remit and be required to undertake the full acquisition process, from identifying sites and agreeing heads of terms to completing the acquisition and due diligence process.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will have a proven, demonstrable track record in Acquisition/Agency, identifying and concluding property deals, ideally with exposure to site work suitable for industrial units being the end user.  this role would suit a self-starter, who’s highly motivated with good communication skills.
