Well known, well regarded Yorkshire based property consultancy requires a qualified (F/MRICS & Registered Valuer) commercial valuation surveyor to join the expanding team.
This person will undertake a mixed role splitting time between commercial valuation work and also a little agency/transaction instructions.
The business boasts a great mix of local and national clients, spanning most property classes. The role comes with a clear career progression path to Director for the right person, with the right skills/attitude.
Salary will reflect experience, however be circa £40 – £50,000 plus benefits
