One of the leading commercial real estate firms in the UK is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join its central London Valuation team, focusing on prime central London assets. As part of this dynamic team, you will produce and present valuation reports to its high profile clients, who include institutional funds and international banks.

Key duties of the role will include:

• Producing Valuation reports using Argus to appraise some of the most prestigious properties in central London, and presenting these to fund management businesses and property companies
• Liaising closely with these top tier clients when presenting details of the valuation
• Responsibility for balance sheet and loan security valuations
• Supporting the growth of the firm’s existing client base through business development

You will be a good communicator who is MRICS qualified and has knowledge of the central London market. Experience valuing with Argus Investor and Developer software is essential.
