You will have responsibility of delivering first class property management services to key client across their central London mixed-use portfolio.

• Motivating and managing a broad team of property professionals you will also take the lead role in client liaison, with responsibility of client reporting.
• Managing an existing portfolio, you will also take the lead on the set up of new assets and portfolios. Ensuring that all processes and procedures are established quickly and efficiently.
• Ensuring the quality delivery of high-value service charge budgets.

Who?

• You will ideally be MRICS qualified with a minimum of five years post qualification experience.
• Strong leadership and motivational traits.
• Proven background in delivering excellent property management services.
• Commercial awareness and business and acumen whilst ensuring a strategic alignment with the company’s vision.
• Ideally Qube/Yardi system experience or knowledge.
